We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process and options.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed between Friday–Sunday will begin processing the next business day.
- U.S. holidays are not considered business days and may impact processing time.
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping through the following carriers:
- Domestic: USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEx
- International: DHL Express and USPS (limited countries)
Note: For international orders (e.g., the UK), USPS may be available. All other international orders must select DHL Express.
Express Shipping
If you need your order urgently, please select an express shipping option at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed—except FedEx Express.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.
Customs & International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- MonochromeChic is not liable for delays caused by customs or international shipping restrictions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
MonochromeChic is not responsible for:
- Late deliveries due to carrier delays
- Lost, misplaced, or stolen packages that show as delivered via tracking
If you encounter an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Shipping may be delayed during:
- Holiday seasons
- Sales and promotional events
- Customs inspections (for international orders)
