What is your return window?
You must request a return within 3 business days of delivery. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Which items are eligible for return?
Only regular-priced dresses, skirts, shorts, and tops are eligible. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Which items are considered "Final Sale"?
The following are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit:
- All Sale items.
- Items bought with promotional codes.
- Accessories.
- All International orders.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer cash refunds. We provide exchanges or store credit only.
What happens if the item I want for exchange is out of stock?
If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit to use on a future purchase.
How do I start a return or exchange?
- Email support@monochromechic.com within 3 business days of delivery.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of your package.
- Ship the package using a trackable method at your own expense.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. MonochromeChic is not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at support@monochromechic.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will assist you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is processed and cannot be modified.
Why does the color look slightly different from the website?
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
