Refund policy

MonochromeChic Return & Exchange Policy

At MonochromeChic, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below before initiating a return.

Return Window

You must request a return within 3 business days of delivery.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

Only regular-priced dresses, skirts, shorts, and tops are eligible for return or exchange.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, or damage

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to sender.

Ineligible Items

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Items purchased using promotional codes are FINAL SALE.
  • Accessories are FINAL SALE.

No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@monochromechic.com within 3 business days of delivery.
  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the return package.
  4. Send your package using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.

Unapproved returns or packages sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
  • If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Items paid for with store credit are eligible for exchange one time only.

International Orders

All international orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items or Errors

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@monochromechic.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Important Notes

  • MonochromeChic is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or fees related to return shipping.
  • Actual product colors may vary due to screen resolution and are not considered defects.
  • Order cancellations and changes are not permitted after 24 hours of purchase.
